We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or store credit. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards and any items marked as final sale.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at afinelinewritingco@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
